All Sales Are Final

Thank you for shopping with Mija’s Manera. Please read our "All Sales Final" return policy carefully before making a purchase.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

For customers who purchase physical products, our shipping policy details delivery times, shipping costs, and other relevant information. Be sure to review this policy to understand the shipping process.

Our return and refund policy provides guidelines on how to return products and request possible refunds. Review this policy before making a purchase.

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Store Policy Clauses

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • Not all bowls attached to the stems/vases will have a completely flushed look to them- this DOES NOT affect the way they function in any way. 

Contacting Customer Service

  • To report a damaged or defective item, please email us at helpdesk@mijasmanera.com with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Description of the issue

Refund or Replacement

  • Once we receive and inspect your email, damaged product photos and returned shipment, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or possible replacement per inventory available.
  • If approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or send a replacement, as applicable.

Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for any reason.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for return or exchange  UNLESS it arrives damaged or defective. 
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are exempt from the "damaged or defective items" clause, and will follow the "refund or replacement" clause.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs that are associated with purchase and returns/exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

  • All sales are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless we are provided with eligible proof of damaged items in accordance with the "Damaged or Defective Items" and "Refund or Replacement" clauses.
